FROM NORTH: Take I-196 South to EXIT 20 - Phoenix Rd. Turn left (East) onto Phoenix Rd from the exit ramp. Continue east on Phoenix Rd 2 miles and watch for 70th Street. Turn left on 70th Street and continue 1 3/4 miles. Just past the Black River bridge, turn left into driveway and continue up the hill to the left.

FROM EAST: Get unto Phoenix Rd and go West. Watch for 70th Street which is 2 miles from the I-196 Highway. Turn right on 70th Street and continue 1 3/4 miles. Just past the Black River bridge, turn left into driveway and continue up the hill to the left.
